We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role primarily focuses on talent acquisition, with additional involvement in training coordination and other HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:
* Oversee and execute on the entire recruitment cycle throughout Europe.
* Manage candidate records and applications in the Application Tracking system (ATS).
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand positions requirements, finalize the job descriptions and outline compensation in line with policy.
* Source qualified candidates through social media platforms and professional networks.
* Post job advertisements on Linkedin and other relevant job boards.
* Review resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
* Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest in the position.
* Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process for both candidates and stakeholders.
* Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Training Coordination:
* Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
* Schedule training sessions, book conferences, and communicate logistics and details to participants.
* Track employee progress and maintain training records.
* Provide administrative support for training-related activities. HR Tasks:
* Assist with HR Administrative tasks such as contracts of employment, and any other employee related letters/communication.
* Ensure regular check ins with hired candidate and line managers to support the assimilation process.
* Handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with other HR team members on any ad-hoc duties and initiatives.
Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* At least 4 years proven experience working in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
* Prior experience in training coordination and HR administration is advantageous.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
