The role requires on-site presence, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across various domains
Focus on proactive sourcing, primarily via LinkedIn Recruiter (a core aspect of this role)
Partner closely with business units to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Lead onboarding processes for new hires as part of the TA team's responsibilities
Promote Check Points employer brand as a top destination for talent
Initiate and drive HR and recruitment-related projects
Requirements: 25 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a start-up, high-tech company, or recruitment agency
Proven experience in sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter a must
Practical experience in diverse selection processes (interviews, phone screens, reference checks, etc.)
A. from a leading university, preferably in the Social Sciences
Excellent English both written and spoken a must
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Commitment to excellence, and strong work ethic
Self-starter with the ability to lead projects and set priorities
Strong service orientation and collaborative mindset
