Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the companys systems infrastructure
Support & Administration of the company IT Infrastructure in accordance with company needs
Work on a complex, agile, and dynamic environment
Define and create IT client services policies, standards, practices
Identifying gaps in the IT infrastructure related to VMware, Storage, Backups and DBs
Maintenance of company datacenter (R&D)
Maintenance of IT datacenter - VMware /Microsoft/Linux systems
Responsible for checking and deploying Windows updates & patches
Ability to independently troubleshoot wide range of IT issues
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in the end-to-end information technology (IT) process and integration - Mandatory
Experience in IT and networking - Mandatory
Hands-on system administration for various operating systems, Familiar with Linux OS, Windows - Mandatory
Experience in working with R&D teams - Mandatory
Experience with VM environment: VMWare, Hyper-V, VirtualBox Mandatory
Experience with Atlassian Services - Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence - Advantage
Experience with source code management and infrastructure automation tools - Github, Jenkins, Ansible - Advantage
Experience with SaaS and cloud environments - AWS, Google Cloud etc. - Advantage
