Were looking for an Office Manager to oversee, organize and coordinate the administrative and back-office operations of the fund.
In this role you're at the heart of the team's business operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage and drive the overall office experience.
* Extensive calendar management: schedule many internal and external meetings.
* Liaise with service providers, handle all purchasing and maintain office supplies and inventories.
* Coordinate logistics, handle travel schedule and produce travel itineraries.
* Support the firms marketing efforts.
* Serve as the firm's focal point, interacting with entrepreneurs, portfolio companies and investors.
* Taking meeting minutes, creating documents and reports.
* Prepare materials for conferences and speaking engagements.
* Support the team with ad-hoc research tasks.
* Be in charge of Welfare.
* Help the team with event planning from a-z.

Requirements: SKILLS & VALUES NEEDED:

* High level of integrity.
* Proficient oral and written communication skills (both Hebrew and English).
* Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple items and work on tight deadlines in an unstructured environment.
* Customers first approach.
* Capability to work both independently and as a team player.
* Attention to details and high level of accuracy. Punctual.
* Computer skills including good knowledge of MS Office programs, Google suite etc.
* Work experience with an investment firm/administrative role/customer service role.
* Education: BA or equivalent.
* Technology oriented - an advantage.
