As a Recruiter, youll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the employer branding team. You'll support hiring across a range of functions from tech to business roles ensuring a strategic, high-quality candidate experience throughout.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align hiring efforts with broader team needs and organizational goals.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to final decision with a focus on clear communication, transparency, and respectful engagement.
Work with multiple global regions including China, US,, Australia, and Lisbon, adapting processes and communication styles to meet local market and cultural expectations.
Use KPIs and recruitment analytics to track pipeline health, flag bottlenecks, and continuously improve processes.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Proven track record hiring across multiple functions: Tech, Go-to-Market, and Executive roles.
Global recruiting experience managing hiring processes across different locations.
Strong analytical mindset comfortable using data to guide strategy and decisions.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates.
Proactive, results-oriented attitude you're self-driven and thrive in dynamic environments.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Native-level Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
