The Service planner is part of the supply chain group, global service planning team and responsible to make sure that all service needed row materials and FRUs (Field replacement units) are available to support our customers per agreed SLA.
Setting production and repair plan for production, scheduling deliveries and working closely with the main operations interfaces (purchasing, logistics, warehouse, finance).
What you will be doing:
Schedule the supply of materials to meet service production requirements with minimum stock levels.
MRP operating.
Day-to-day PR/PO management including expedite Pos and push out when needed.
Create service production and repair plan follow up and control.
Lead supply chain activities for Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
Work closely with global territories to make sure that all safety stocks are available in defined warehouses.
Provide regular reporting on material availability, stock levels, and repair service performance.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in planning in manufacturing global company.
In-depth understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems. (e.g., Priority, Oracle).
Knowledge of material handling, warehousing, and logistics operations.
Experience with global service operations an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High English level.
