Create, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.
Manage high-scale budgets and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
Provide detailed reporting and analysis on campaign performance.
Analyze market trends and financial activity and React accordingly.
Reduce customer acquisition costs and improve campaign ROI
Drive ongoing creative testing and partner with the studio team to develop high-performing assets.
Translate data into clear insights that inform creative direction, media strategy, and campaign optimizations
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including organic social, Studio, and product
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in performance/growth environments
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field
Proven track record of managing large budgets and driving measurable acquisition outcomes
Expertise in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (YouTube), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Highly analytical strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
A strong understanding of creative strategy and what drives performance in social platforms
