A growing digital services company in the financial sector is looking for a hands-on Performance team lead to lead and execute performance-driven campaigns. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who thrives on building pipelines, optimizing results, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personally plan, build, and execute multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns ( SEO, paid, social, direct).
2. Use AI tools to boost campaign efficiency, content production, and analytics.
3. Take full ownership of performance marketing KPIs and continuously optimize for results.
4. Develop and manage digital and offline marketing strategies with clear ROI goals.
5. Align marketing activities with sales targets and business priorities.
6. Lead and mentor a lean marketing team while actively contributing to day-to-day execution.
7. Analyze data to identify trends, improve funnel metr
Requirements: Requirements:
1. 5+ years in hands-on marketing leadership roles in B2B companies (experience in trading, investing, or gaming is a strong plus).
2. Deep expertise in performance marketing: paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta), tracking, reporting, and A/B testing.
3. Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
4. Experience using AI tools across campaign workflows (e.g. content, audience targeting, analytics).
5. Comfortable working with WordPress and Marketing Automation platforms.
6. Highly analytical with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
9. Fluent in English.
