We are looking for a detail-oriented, data -driven professional to optimize our sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive performance insights to help the team scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve workflows, pipelines, and conversion rates. Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
CRM Management: Own and maintain CRM ( Affiliate system ). Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and proper usage.
Reporting Analytics: Build KPI dashboards (revenue, pipeline, etc.) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Forecasting Planning: Support sales forecasting, target setting, and track performance vs. goals.
Sales Enablement Tools: Manage sales tools and integrations, improve automation, and train reps on systems and best practices
Requirements: 2-5+ years in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations / Business Operations
Strong experience with CRM systems ( Affiliate system )
High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a plus)
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup/agency - advantage)
Nice to Have
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI )
Familiarity with marketing funnels and lead generation
Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
