We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and methodical professional to join our industry-leading Marketing team. We are looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialis t to join our growing team and support our hiring efforts across the company. In this role, you will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Lead and focus primarily on sourcing top talent for our open positions in Customer Success, GTM, and R&D What you’ll do:
* Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, social media, communities, referrals, etc.).
* Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
* Support the recruitment process and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
Requirements: What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a global SaaS B2B organization
* Proven track record in hiring for Sales, Marketing, and R&D roles , with a strong understanding of these domains.
* Hands-on experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers across departments.
* Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
