Reporting to the EMEA Regional lead, as a Senior people partner you will be a strategic advisor and collaborator between the HR department and organisational leadership, working with managers and employees to align HR plans with our goals. Strategic Partnering:

Support Payroll local manager.
Global to local Initiative Implementation:
Drive the implementation of global plans locally, considering the nature of markets, needs such as diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement strategies.
Contribute to the design of HR policies, with local understanding & feedback, and ensure consistent application
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires into our company.
Compensation & Benefits:
Provide guidance on local compensation structures and benefit plans to ensure equity and competitiveness in the market.
