About The Role
* Lead and manage a team of finance employees, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
* Prepare and present timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Ensure compliance with state, and local financial regulations, and internal policies.
* Lead develop and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard the organization’s financial resources.
* Leading the control over purchase to payment cycle.
* Working closely with multiple teams and management in Israel and USA.
* Prepare different analyses and assist with various tasks related to daily activities
* Assisting with the annual budgeting process and supporting quarterly forecasts, analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Requirements: Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA- an advantage)
* Qualified CPA (with a Big 4 firm– an advantage)
* 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance (not includes internship), with at least 2 years in a managerial role
* Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting standards
* Knowledge and experience in financial software and ERP systems (Priority system – an advantage), with advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines
* Strong work ethic and desire to succeed and make an impact
* Excellent communication and service orientation skills
* Professional level in English - Must
