We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Inventory Finance Business Partner to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic management of inventory operations within the FP&A department. This role is critical in aligning inventory processes with financial planning goals and company objectives, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze inventory data to provide actionable insights and forecasts supporting FP&A objectives.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
* Integrate inventory metrics into financial reports, analysis, and budgets.
* Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, aging stock, stock valuation).
* Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock management.
* Utilize technology and tools to enhance inventory management efficiency.
* Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

* Own FP&A processes for COGS analysis, costing, and GM manufacturing
* Analyze complex business models and deliver actionable insights

The team handles a high volume of deliveries from multiple suppliers to multiple destinations worldwide while ensuring goods are delivered on time and at a competitive cost. The team continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction, processes, prices, and transit time. We are looking for a results-driven 3PL coordinator to oversee a third-party logistics (3PL) operation, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met.
Job Description:
* Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
* Ensure 3PL compliance with contractual obligations, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system.
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, customer service, inventory) to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on 3PL activities.
* Measure KPI, set & measure improvement targets.
* Align Vendors & Contractor Manufacturing compliance with the 3PL procedures & local regulations.
