We are seeking an FP&A Business Partner who will be pivotal in supporting Playtikas studios.
This role involves close collaboration with studio management as their trusted financial advisor.
The role requires both hands-on attention to detail and the ability to process the bits-and-bites to insightful analyses for senior management.
The ideal candidate will excel in providing valuable financial analysis and forecasting performance.
We are looking for an FP&A professional who is proactive in generating innovative analyses and consistently seeks new initiatives, leveraging financial insights to achieve shared objectives.
Your role will involve:
Partnering with business leaders to understand their financial needs and challenges
Analyzing monthly Actual vs. Budget reports and offering insights
Preparing and analyzing forecasts on a monthly basis
Reviewing and analyzing P&L statements and organizational KPIs
Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management
Participating in the annual budget planning process
Monitoring and approving new purchase orders and budget requests globally
Reviewing and approving invoices that exceed budget
Collaborating closely with multiple financial teams in Israel and internationally, including accounting and bookkeeping departments
Participating in the month-end close process
Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a global company (at least 2 different roles)
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven track record of financial analysis
Strong verbal and written English skills
Highly motivated and proactive individual
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with SAP Business One and/or Oracle ERP an advantage
Knowledge of EPM Oracle an advantage
