For a leading technology company that develops and implements automation, software, and robotics solutions to optimize operational efficiency in industrial processes, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the industrial sector. Responsibilities:
* Lead complex, end-to-end sales processes including: identifying potential clients, scheduling meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, managing agreements and negotiations through to deal closure.
* Build compelling value propositions and ROI analyses.
* Manage sales pipeline and business metrics.
* Meet sales and growth targets.
* Drive business development and penetrate new industrial clients.
* Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers.
* Work closely with procurement, operations, and engineering stakeholders.
Location: Caesarea Hybrid: 1 day remote, 1 day in the office, 3 days traveling across Israel
Requirements: * 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
* Experience selling to the industrial sector in Israel- Must
* Proven experience leading long and complex sales cycles of Multi disciplinary products and service.
* Experience managing relationships with strategic clients, decision-makers, and senior executives.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, including pipeline and sales metrics analysis.
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering & Management – required.
* Existing network within the industrial sector in Israel – significant advantage.
* Native-level Hebrew and high-level English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce – an advantage.
