We are recruiting a Global Head of HR for a leading and fast-growing industrial company with operations in Israel and internationally. The Global head of HR will lead the Human Resources function across the organization and serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. The role is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, building scalable HR and organizational processes, supporting managers, and ensuring that the organization is aligned with the company's business objectives and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
* Develop and execute the company's workforce planning strategy based on current and future business needs.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on key and strategic positions.
* Oversee employee onboarding, retention, and development initiatives.
* Lead Talent Management processes, including succession planning and leadership pipeline development. Strategic HR Business Partnership
* Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people, organizational, and management matters.
* Support organizational transformation initiatives and strategic decision-making.
* Identify organizational gaps and implement effective HR solutions to support business growth. Compensation, Benefits & Employment Law
* Lead the company's compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy across Israel and international operations.
* Manage annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, promotions, and merit increases.
* Oversee employment agreements and employment terms.
* Advise managers on employment law, employee relations, and workplace matters.
* Lead disciplinary processes, performance-related actions, and employment termination procedures while mitigating employment risks.
* Partner with legal advisors to ensure compliance with employment legislation and labor regulations in Israel and internationally. Organizational Development, Leadership & Culture
* Lead organizational development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
* Develop leadership capabilities and implement management tools and best practices.
* Drive performance management, feedback, and employee development processes.
* Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention. HR Leadership
* Lead a small HR team and manage external HR service providers and consultants.
* Develop and manage the annual HR work plan and budget.
* Define, monitor, and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to support data -driven decision-making.
Requirements: * Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience
* At least 3 years of experience leading the HR function in a medium-sized or large organization.
* Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams.
* Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and leading organizational change.
* Strong background in compensation & benefits, employment law, and employee relations.
* Experience in companies with an operational and/or industrial environment is a significant advantage. Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
* Master's degree - an advantage. Required Competencies:
