This role partners with HR and business leaders to support transformation, strengthen leadership capability, streamline core people processes and ensure high-quality that supports the companys strategic priorities.


Lead the design and execution of leadership development programs, including foundational offerings, talent offerings and tailored solutions.
Streamline and lead the deployment of core organizational people processes (Talent, Engagement, etc.).
Diagnose organizational needs and design targeted OD interventions that strengthen culture, performance and team effectiveness.
Support change efforts by developing communication plans and tools for transformation
Execute programs end to end, including planning, systems set-up, coordination, and monitoring.
Design and facilitate engaging workshops and learning sessions for diverse audiences.

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will support the growth and development of our global workforce. Working alongside business leaders, HR, and subject-matter experts, you will help identify learning needs, design effective learning experiences, and deliver initiatives that enhance organizational capability and performance.

The day-to-day :
Partner with business leaders and HR to identify local learning needs and skills within various teams
Design and develop learning programs, workshops, and blended learning solutions (digital and in-person)
Lead training sessions, support team-building activities
Manage L&D projects end-to-end, including logistics, scheduling, internal communication, and materials preparation
Maintain and update our digital learning resources and LMS platforms to ensure content is accessible and relevant
Track learning metrics and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and suggest improvements
Assist managers and employees in navigating development resources and building individual development plans

Job Profile:
The Digital Advisory Director (X-clouds, X-business lines) will be responsible for setting and executing our company's enterprise sales strategy for the main Customers in the Region in various industries. This executive will assume leadership of a growing sales organization of 30+, to help drive complex enterprise deal transactions.
Set and execute an strong end-to end Retail vision
Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate 30%+ annual growth in revenue and bookings
Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
Maintain strategic partner relationships and develop and implement strategies ( salesforce,..)
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
