we are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to help grow the number of participants in our company's Israel-based programs. Our programs include TRY (high school semester), RII programs: synagogue trips, school trips, and family journeys. Success will be measured by growth in enrollment across our company's Israel programs. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategy for TRY and RII.
* Travel to North American communities, schools, camps, synagogues, and homes to engage potential participants and promote programs.
* Manage and implement our company's social media presence, including overseeing social media staff and content creation.
* Develop and prepare marketing materials to publicize programs and attract new participants.
* Serve as the main liaison with our company camps in North America to strengthen relationships and promote Israel programs.
* Coordinate recruitment visits for our company staff traveling to North America.
* Work closely with the National our company marketing and communications team to ensure alignment with broader marketing efforts.
* Actively generate leads and follow up with potential participants to drive enrollment.
* Explore and open new recruitment markets to expand our company's reach.
* Produce and manage regular newsletters to keep potential participants informed and engaged.
* Take overall responsibility for the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging.
* Oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of management software used for program/lead tracking and coordination.
* Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the goals of our company.
Requirements: * A proactive, ambitious mentality with a focus on results.
* Native-level English proficiency.
* Proven experience in sales and recruitment.
* Familiarity with Israel programs and a solid understanding of Israeli geography, history, and society.
* Strong knowledge of and connection to the North American Jewish community.
* Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, particularly to accommodate North American time zones.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organization.
* Customer-service oriented with a focus on providing a positive experience for all potential clients.
* Proficiency in modern technology, including webinar software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Hebrew.
* Previous experience with our company programs.
* Expertise in leveraging social media for marketing and promotional purposes.
