* Manage international & multi-business model orders including correct and timely order entry in ERP. This will include the verification that such orders comply with company policies and are entered properly into the system/s to allow post-sale processing.
* Learn and evaluate existing order management processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Implement best practices and technological solutions to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
* Work closely and simultaneously with key stakeholders, including Sales, Logistics, MIS, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless integration of order management initiatives as well as making sure new products/offerings and are smoothly orderable and deliverable.
* Own the team’ tech needs, including refining solutions among our different regions, identify relevant stakeholders and ‘buy them in’, and partner to MIS in prioritizing and designing those.
* Deep dive into complicated scenarios, collect and analyze data for building a clear picture of facts & suggestions for further decision making.
* Foster a collaborative environment to drive excellence and achieve mutual goals.
Requirements: What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in order management, preferably in global tech manufacturing companies, with a proven track record in managing teams.
* Strong experience with ERP systems (Priority ERP is a plus) and Salesforce.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to lead global initiatives and collaborate with US teams to optimize processes.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
