Were looking for a Product Director to lead MediaFlows - owning the product end-to-end, from vision and strategy through execution and delivery.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with full ownership and accountability for the product. While the role may grow as the product scales, today it is designed for a senior product leader who is excited to stay close to customers, technology, and day-to-day execution.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, startup-like environments and is motivated to build and scale a product with strong technical foundations and meaningful business impact.
You will serve as the primary product owner for MediaFlows, working in close partnership with:
MediaFlows Development Manager (R&D execution and delivery)
MediaFlows Product Designer (UX and product experience)
Product leadership, GTM, Sales, and Customer-facing teams across our company
This role reports directly to our companys SVP of Product Management and requires a high degree of independence, ownership, and strategic judgment.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product leadership for MediaFlows - including roadmap and execution- while ensuring alignment with our companys overarching vision and product strategy.
Define and evolve MediaFlows as a core part of our companys solutions, delivering value across our companys product portfolio (better together), while shaping the long-term path toward a standalone product.
Lead day-to-day product decision-making, prioritization, and trade-offs. Define success metrics and guide prioritization based on impact, value, and scale.
Partner closely with R&D leadership to translate direction into clear, executable plans and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Work in deep collaboration with Product Design to ensure features deliver exceptional user experience and real customer value.
Balance short-term execution with long-term platform, ecosystem, strategy, and competitive relevance thinking.
Engage directly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand use cases, pain points, and opportunities.
Position MediaFlows internally as a strategic product that enhances our companys overall value proposition.
Partner with GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support adoption, differentiation, deal expansion, and growth.
Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven workflows.
Act as the product authority and advocate for MediaFlows across our company.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex SaaS products.
Proven experience owning a product end-to-end, with significant accountability for outcomes and execution.
Strong technical orientation, with the ability to deeply understand APIs, workflows, integrations, and complex systems.
Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with a strong get things done mindset.
Ability to operate independently and make high-quality decisions with limited guidance.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance customer value, technical constraints, and commercial impact.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams.
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and influencing without authority.
Fluent English, written and verbal.
Nice to Have
Experience leading or scaling low-code / no-code platforms.
Familiarity with workflow engines, automation platforms, or orchestration systems.
Experience with AI-powered products or intelligent automation.
Background in developer-focused or platform products.
Experience operating products transitioning from early growth into scale.
