A growing fintech company is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Back Office Finance professional to join its finance operations team.
The role focuses on financial reconciliations, payment operations, reporting, and ensuring accurate financial processes across multiple payment platforms.
Responsibilities: Perform daily financial reconciliations of transactions, balances, commissions, and payment flows across multiple systems and payment providers.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial, commission, and performance reports.
Monitor financial performance, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reconciliation issues.
Support payment operations, including transaction monitoring and issue resolution.
Assist with KYC/KYB onboarding and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Requirements: 1 - 2+ years of experience in finance operations within fintech, payments, online marketing, or financial services.
Hands-on experience with payment providers, banking operations, and financial transaction flows.
Knowledge of KYC/KYB processes.
Experience with AML or fraud prevention is an advantage.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
Native-level English, written and spoken.
Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is an advantage.
