We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join us! In this role, you will be responsible for writing flows, implementing logic, and building strong infrastructures to prepare our platform for future integration with other business systems. As a senior member of the team, you’ll need to be comfortable with complex systems and eager to tackle challenges head-on in a rapidly changing corporate environment. Roles and Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions and business applications that align with Check Point’s goals.
* Write efficient, scalable flows and develop logic to support automation and integration with other tools and platforms.
* Build a solid infrastructure for future integration of systems as Check Point scales, ensuring smooth transitions from startup to corporate-level operations.
* Develop and maintain integrations with various marketing applications (HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.), ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing Salesforce systems.
* Lead and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are optimized and meeting business goals.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM field.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including writing flows and implementing business logic.
* Proficiency with Salesforce platform, including integrations with marketing applications (HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.).
* Strong understanding of business application systems and the ability to create scalable and flexible solutions.
* Experience working in environments undergoing rapid growth or transition, particularly from startup to corporate-scale systems.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations and troubleshooting.
* Experience with Salesforce ‘CRM-Analytics’ dashboards and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills:
* Experience with systems integration and automation.
* Knowledge of change management processes and the ability to manage evolving business requirements.
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders.
