The Head of Corporate Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management across the organization. This role ensures the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives, fosters a high-performance culture, and drives talent management, organizational development, and compliance. The successful candidate will lead a team of HR professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals and values.
Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for all corporate functions.
Lead initiatives in employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Design and manage compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and training programs.
Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR-related matters and organizational change.
Oversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting for informed decision-making.
Manage HR budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Global experience preferably working in India as well as strong expertise in org design and driving change management.
Deep understanding of HR laws, best practices, and current trends.
Proven track record in leading organizational change and transformation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in a corporate or multi-site environment is highly desirable.
