Build and maintain scalable value frameworks, assumptions libraries, and tools to accelerate BVA delivery across multiple regions and industries.
Present insights and recommendations to senior executives, both internally and externally, with strong business judgment and executive presence.
Contribute thought leadership and best practices on how data security outcomes translate into business resilience, compliance posture, and risk-adjusted returns.

What youll be doing
As an Israel WFM Capacity Planning Analyst, youll play a key role in scaling and optimising our companys support operations in one of our largest on-demand markets. Youll own capacity planning, forecasting accuracy, and cost optimisation, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to balance customer experience, agent wellbeing, and business efficiency.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
