This position requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and technical aptitude to manage our online presence and optimize for growth. Key Responsibilities: Growth Project Leadership:
* Identify, propose, and execute innovative inbound marketing projects aimed at accelerating customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to uncover new opportunities for expansion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and a seamless customer experience. Social Media and Content Creation:
* Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, creating engaging and shareable content across all relevant platforms.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, engage with our community, and build a strong brand voice.
* Ideate and create compelling content, including blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, and video scripts, to attract our target audience. Web Development Management and Maintenance:
* Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of our company website, ensuring it is secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally.
* Liaise with web developers and designers to implement website updates, new features, and bug fixes.
* Manage the web development roadmap, prioritizing projects based on business impact and strategic goals. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
* Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
* Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments on landing pages, calls-to-action, and forms to enhance lead generation.
* Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key CRO metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
* Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO to improve organic search rankings for our target keywords.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building initiatives.
Requirements: * Proven experience in an inbound marketing role with a track record of driving measurable results.
* Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
* Solid understanding of web development processes and experience managing web projects.
* Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization techniques and A/B testing tools.
* In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
