we are looking for a results-driven enthusiastic growth Lead/Specialist to join our team. As a Growth Lead, youll play a key role in scaling our user base through non-traditional, data-driven marketing experiments. Youll brainstorm, execute, and optimize high-impact growth strategies across digital, organic, and viral channels.

Responsibilities:
Own & execute growth initiatives across multiple acquisition channels: paid ads, organic, partnerships, and experimental growth loops.
Define KPIs, track performance, and extract insights to guide strategy and optimize campaigns.
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns end-to-end including creative ideation, copywriting, targeting, and budget management.
Run rapid experiments: formulate hypotheses, design A/B tests, and scale what works.
Collaborate closely with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver growth-driven creative assets and landing pages.
Identify new acquisition opportunities across platforms, communities, and emerging technologies.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, automate workflows, and scale campaign execution.
Build repeatable processes and frameworks for sustainable, scalable growth.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in growth, user acquisition, or performance marketing (preferably in SaaS, consumer apps, or subscription products).
Proven track record of delivering measurable growth across multiple channels.
Creative & hacky mindset comfortable testing unconventional ideas alongside tried-and-true tactics.
Strong analytical skills: confident in using data to guide decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI.
Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools.
Excellent copywriting instincts and an understanding of persuasive storytelling in ads.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with high autonomy.
