Were looking for high-impact Sales, Marketing & BD Directors to drive strategic growth in the defense and government sectors - in Israel and globally.
This is not just another sales role.
This is about leading complex, high-value deals, working with top-tier defense organizations, and shaping real-world impact.
What youll do:
Own and lead end-to-end sales cycles - from opportunity to contract closure
Build and expand relationships with defense & government stakeholders
Identify and develop strategic business opportunities
Lead complex RFI / RFP / RFQ processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product & programs.
Requirements:
What were looking for:
A Rockstar!
Proven experience in defense sales from major defense companies (5+ years)
Strong track record of closing large-scale deals ($10M+)
Well-connected in relevant territories within the defense sector (e.g., Africa, Asia, Europe)
Deep understanding of military and defense procurement processes
Hands-on experience with tenders and complex proposals
Excellent communication skills - Hebrew & English (fluent)
Additional languages - advantage
Strong relationship-building & stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel internationally (frequently)
Background as a former IDF officer / Israeli MoD - advantage
Technical understanding in EO / RF systems - significant advantage.
