We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a member of a small our company team in our Israel office. This is an onsite role, 5 days per week in the office.
In this role, you will work with our most exciting SME and Enterprise clients through the implementation, API activation and growth phases. You will work cross-functionally, engaging with many teams across the company family including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance and strategy.
Furthermore, you are a technology-minded, analytical, and Fintech enthusiast who is driven by learning the ins and outs of our products, both SME and Enterprise, so that you are equipped with the knowledge to solve complex problems. Responsibilities
Take a consultative approach with customers to ensure solutions provided suit their unique business needs
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to manage and optimise a complex sales cycle
Project manage complex customer projects across several technical and non-technical domains
Be proactive in identifying and solving client challenges
Achieve and exceed sales target volumes and revenues (upselling and cross-selling)
Report weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, metrics and targets
Ensure the best customer experience and on-boarding process for new customers.

What youll do
As Manager, Regulatory Compliance, Israel you will deliver on the regulatory engagement strategy for our company in Israel. You will maintain our licensing responsibilities and coordinate with all internal and external parties as necessary to ensure compliance through the communication of regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration to productize solutions and offerings, implementation and execution of processes, filing of all requisite reports, renewal of registrations and licenses, end-to-end management of regulatory examinations, and interfacing with our regulators on ad-hoc inquiries. You will analyse new and existing products and provide guidance to ensure that our 2LOD controls are fit for purpose and comply with regulatory obligations and guide the first line business to enable the maturity of both customer-facing and internal back-office processes and product features.
Responsibilities:
Support the company Groups expansion by managing the regulatory compliance components of licence authorisation processes
Act as a key stakeholder in relation to licence applications, business plan updates and information requests between our company and our regulators
Ensure that our regulatory compliance and integrity risk reporting obligations are maintained in the region
Support and / or manage on-site exams and inspections (in collaboration with our LRC colleagues)
Advise the business with respect to regulatory change initiatives with a particular focus on how to effectively manage compliance risk attached to new laws and regulations in the jurisdictions we operate
Develop policies, processes and provide advice in relation to regulatory risk obligations that exist within the 1st line business
Manage regulatory compliance risk within the company Risk Management Framework and associated escalation process (inc. the Group Risk Committee)
Advise the business in relation to conduct risk and ethics matters (where appropriate) relating to our financial services licences
Deliver the Compliance Monitoring Program; Conduct targeted and thematic reviews on a wide range of topics to ensure appropriate organisational maturity
Deliver the company Groups Compliance Training for employees and conduct ad-hoc training to specific business areas as required
Conduct Proactive Special Ops projects to unlock business or operational issues to enable our company to achieve its strategic goals more rapidly.

What youll do
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Operations in the US, this person will be among the first hires in Israel focused on Financial Operations, as part of a larger global Financial Operations (FinOps) team. The team aims to deliver operational excellence of our customer transaction lifecycle and manage our liquidity to support the companys business growth across the globe. As a FinOps Analyst, youll work closely with counterparts within Operations but also with Commercial and Product teams to identify and remediate FinOps-related issues. This person will need to work a 9-6PM shift.
This role is based in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
Utilise advanced Zendesk skills to manage FinOps-related customer requests (e.g., payment investigations, returns, recalls, and reconciliation inquiries); proficient in Triggers, Tagging, Routing Queues, and Macros to streamline queue management, ensure SLA adherence, and improve operational efficiency across global FinOps workflows
Monitor global end-to-end client transaction lifecycle, handle inquiries, detect exceptions from data reports and dashboards in a timely manner, communicate with teams and other departments to handle issues
Support with daily safeguarding obligations, across multiple company entities
Monitor the clearing and settlement of client funds and global money pools; drive data oriented approaches to improve our liquidity management system, fund risk management and treasury efficiency and utilisation

As the Senior Compliance Manager & MLRO, you will serve as the primary head of the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) function for our company. You hold the ultimate responsibility for designing, implementing, and overseeing the AML/CTF program in strict accordance with the Prohibition of Money Laundering Law (PMLL), Prohibition of Money Laundering Order, and IMPA directives.
You will also be the primary point of contact for Israeli regulators and law enforcement.
