* Segment audiences A/B TEST like a pro.
* Maximize ROI report on KPIs.
* Manage budgets timelines.
* Automate lead capture, scoring, workflows (HubSpot, salesforce, Zapier/Make, scripting).
* Optimize landing pages ad content.
* Maintain data quality.
* Implement new marketing tech.
Requirements: * 3+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (B2B SaaS).
* Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Google Ads.
* Analytical skills proficiency in salesforce, GA4 (PowerBI/Tableau a plus).
* Experience applying technical solutions (scripting, APIs, automation) to drive growth
* Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, Zapier or Make
* email marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
* Superb project management attention to detail.
* High level English
