Are you looking for a role where your language skills actually drive global business? We are seeking a talented and highly-motivated individual to serve in our Renewal Sales Representative team. You will join our international team in Ra'anana, Israel for a 6 to 12-months maternity cover.
This is a unique chance to work in a truly global environment, using German and English as your primary tools of communication.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing maintenance and subscription renewal quotations. This position will lead, with partnership from Sales, the execution of the renewal process for our accounts.
Manage the renewal sales cycle from opportunity through contract, execution
Achieve and exceed quarterly on-time or early renewal targets
Pro-actively identify at-risk renewal customers and build strategy to ensure a successful renewal
Provide and track feedback for leadership to identify challenges in the renewal cycle
Generate support renewal quotes
Revise support quotes as needed
Process support purchase orders.
Requirements: You are fluent in German and English. You feel comfortable using both in a business context
You can quickly "plug in" to existing global workflows and hit the ground running.
You enjoy working with diverse cultures and understand the dynamics of a global organization.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record at establishing and achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to work with multiple interfaces, work both independently and as a part of a team
Experience in sales or renewals - a must.
