What youll actually be doing:
Creating scroll-stopping, performance-driven videos for TikTok, Reels YouTube Shorts
Collaborating with our creative + media teams to make content that sells, not just looks pretty
Diving into campaign data to learn what hits, what flops, and how to improve
Using AI tools and smart workflows to boost results
Mixing motion graphics, animation, design, and AI into killer content people actually want to watch
Requirements: What you bring:
Experience designing editing social-first marketing videos must
Full command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and all things Motion Graphics
Strategic, performance-first thinking you know why every frame matters
Solid graphic design skills: typography, layout, color, the works
A portfolio that screams I get social with high-end videos featuring motion + AI
