What Youll Do:
Take an active role in all stages of the recruitment process life cycle.
Conduct in-person and phone interviews, as well as reference checks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide accurate insights and guidance, and support hiring decisions.
Demonstrate expertise and proficiency in talent sourcing and identifying qualified candidates.
Manage and track recruitment activities in Spark-Comeet, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Lead HR operations using our HRIS system (Bob) by maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address employee needs.
Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Background in multidisciplinary or semiconductor companies.
Proven record in sourcing talent through innovative methods.
Passion for people and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn recruitment tools.
Energetic and initiative, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Capable of working independently, while also being a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
High-level proficiency in English.
