Required Office Manager
Job Description
As part of the role, you will sit in the front desk reception and will come to the Office ,located in Ramat Hahayal, Tel - Aviv, 5 times a week.
As we work towards efficiency and quality, we need an out of the box, creative, process-oriented soul to help support our teams as they grow.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing,cleaning company, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
Organize office operations and procedures.
Coordinate with IT department and procurement department on all office equipment.
Working with the Finance department to process invoices, purchase orders, and track receipts.
Provide general support to visitors, and candidates.
Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and support welfare activities.
Supporting new employees onboarding and departure process.
Managing meeting rooms reservations and assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Requirements: 1-2 years experience in a similar role
Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience- Adventege
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a "can-do" attitude
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both English and Hebrew - Must
Strong organizational and planning skills
Service oriented.
