We are looking for a talented Solutions Engineer. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be part of a winning team developing and deploying the latest state-of-the-art technologies.
Your duties will include running POCs, troubleshooting, finding and evaluating best solutions for the customers, and bringing up the
system - including continuous communication with the sales, the product core development team and customers, helping them understand and deploy our solutions.
Position is located in Israel.
Responsibilities:
Being a part of our pre-sales activity, working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and fine tuning our solutions to solve customer pain points
Defining and executing POCs, troubleshooting field issues, and providing working solutions
Working with the company product team on defining new features requested by customers
Providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions - including time and scope involved
Working closely with R&D teams within the company to ensure that the product is available and working properly
Supporting the company's sales organization and sales engineering team in the pre-sales process
Analyzing current technologies used within the company and developing steps and processes to improve them
Requirements: This position is for engineers with proven experience working with external customers
Experience with Linux operating system administration
Understanding of network technologies, and basic protocols (e.g., Ethernet, TCP)
Experience working with storage systems
Knowing what makes computing systems tick, and how to push them to their limits
Ability to work independently and push through to completion. We value getting things done!
Experience in Linux Shell scripting
Programming experience with C/Python/Go - advantage
Good verbal communication skills
At least 3 years of relevant experience
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering, or related fields - or commensurate experience
