we are seeking a temporary HR Generalist (for a period of 9 months) to join our HR team and support a growing division of over 400 employees. As a key member of the divisions HR team, you will report to the divisional HR manager and play a central role in driving a positive employee experience throughout the full employee life cycle.
In this role, you will partner with managers and employees across functions to provide hands-on support in HR operations, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. Youll be part of dynamic global HR organization shaping our culture, supporting organizational growth, and helping people thrive.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
Maintain HR systems and data accuracy across HRIS, attendance, and performance tools.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll execution and compliance.
Oversee benefits administration, insurance enrollment, and statutory reporting in alignment with local requirements.
Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, addressing day-to-day HR needs, questions, and requests.
Support the HR Manager with division-wide HR programs, such as engagement, performance management, learning activities and talent development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems for scalability and efficiency.
Support global and cross-functional HR initiatives, collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a large, fast-paced organization.
Proven experience in HR administration, employee relations, and data management.
Strong command of HRIS tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
A proactive, can-do mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience supporting large employee populations (>400).- Advantage
