Basic Job Purpose: In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of key projects within the region, including strategic initiatives and on-going projects execution. Additionally, you will be providing direct support to the SVP/VP, facilitating decision-making processes, and acting as a liaison between the different teams.
This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
Main Duties
Enable Regional Sales Success
Partner with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to design and implement distributor plans and incentive programs. Provide guidance and operational support, including interim coverage for RSM and operations functions as needed.
Drive Strategic Planning and Commercial Innovation
Conduct the development and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Support the creation of annual distributor agreements, pricing strategies, and the implementation of new commercial models (e.g., direct-to-distribution transitions, financing solutions, product segmentation).
Ensure Seamless Execution and Stakeholder Alignment
Coordinate the execution of annual plans in collaboration with the sales team and EMEA leadership. Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring alignment with targets, timelines, and commitments.
Advocate for Regional Priorities
Act as a liaison between the region and corporate, ensuring that regional needs and priorities are effectively communicated and addressed through appropriate channels.
Maintain Cross-Functional Expertise
Serve as a key internal resource for corporate processes and contacts across our company, BIOS, and Pollogen. Maintain deep knowledge of product technical specifications, positioning, regulatory affairs (RA), pricing, costing, and quality standards.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration, Economics or a related field.
MBA - an advantage
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in business operations, consulting, strategic planning, or sales support.
Mandatory background in a consulting firm, demonstrating structured problem-solving and client-facing experience (Big 4, TASC, BCG, McKinsey, etc.)
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and internal business systems-experience with these tools is a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Collaborative mindset, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
