What Youll Do:
Take full ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and preparation of financial information to support month-end closing and reporting.
Manage accounts receivable: from invoicing and reconciliation to proactive collection and professional communication with global customers.
Manage company travel and employee reimbursements.
Bank statements and credit cards reconciliation (local and international).
Record daily financial transactions and journal entries accurately and efficiently.
Process vendor bills, prepare and manage A/P payments, and ongoing vendors reconciliation.
Requirements: Proactive, dedicated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.
2 + years of hands-on bookkeeping experience - must.
Certified Bookkeeper Level 2 or higher - must.
Experience with multi-books and dual-currency bookkeeping - must.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written - must.
Experience with NetSuite or expense management tools such as Mash / Expensify - Significant advantage.
Experience working in an international company with monthly or quarterly book closings - Significant advantage.
Experience with subsidiaries - Significant advantage.
