* Lead office operations and ensure a warm, well-organized, and welcoming environment in our Israel office
* Manage employee well-being and community life programs — from planning and budgeting to execution
* Drive engagement initiatives and bring our culture to life through internal communications and events
* Oversee facilities, safety, and security operations
* Coordinate global events and collaborate on cross-company HR initiatives
* Manage front-desk operations and support a seamless daily workflow

Requirements: * 5–6 years of experience in office management, operations, or employee experience roles
* A people-first mindset with passion for details, challenges, and getting things done
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, global environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Fluent English – a must
* Full-time availability, with four days a week in the Ramat Gan office
