We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process from understanding business needs and sourcing top talent, to successfully bringing new team members on board. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create clear, engaging job descriptions.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and levels.
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, job boards, and other platforms to attract top talent.
Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess both technical skills and culture fit.
Manage and update candidate data in the recruiting system, maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, processes, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on technical or technology-related roles.
Proven experience in sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, professional networks, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
