We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our CEO and team in day-to-day operations.
The position is based in our Efrat office. Preferably, candidates should have an Osek Patur or Osek Morshe (we can assist with setting this up).
The role requires a minimum of 25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position. We offer a competitive wage based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
Data entry and database management.
Organizing meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Handling bookkeeping, tracking payments, and managing other administrative duties.
Managing contracts, subscriptions, and recurring tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Cultivating relationships with external suppliers, sourcing new suppliers, and managing outsourced projects.
Overseeing data security, backups, and QA protocols.
Sampling services provided and collecting feedback from helped Olim.
Assisting with donor communications and tracking/reporting organizational performance.
Supporting marketing and mass communications efforts.
