Key Responsibilities
Product Management

Define and execute the product strategy for platforms that support personalized, data-driven user communication in a B2C context.
Bridging cross-functional teams ( CRM, Analytics, ENG , Monetization) to understand user needs, segmentation opportunities, and business goals.
Design, prioritize, and deliver campaign features that enable targeted, contextually relevant messaging across channels.
Continuously monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to optimize communication effectiveness.
Continuously monitor business KPIs and leverage data insights to improve user engagement.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or platforms to enhance personalization and communication capabilities.
