We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management - Technology, to lead our product strategy, development, and execution to reinvent shopping discovery. In this role, you will define the future of product discovery that leverage Gen-AI and LLMs. You will manage a team that partners with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, design, science, analytics, and PRto develop innovative creative shopping experiences that enable customers to discover products matching their Interests and needs.
A successful candidate will be able to articulate and drive a strategic vision, work cross-functionally across key stakeholders, manage a team, and partner with dedicated engineering and science teams to deliver AI-powered shopping experiences that save customers time and effort. They will have a consistent track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This leader must have strong written and verbal communications skills, the ability to manage and influence others and strong cross-functional leadership.
The right person has high levels of customer obsession, strong technical judgement, demonstrated ability to build scalable teams and products, and is skilled on working with cross-functionally across key stakeholders, and partner with dedicated engineering and science teams to on behalf of customers.
Key job responsibilities
As part of this role, you will:
Lead the vision, definition, and delivery of Gen-AI based shopping experiences, to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Manage a team of product managers, developing their careers while maintaining high standards of execution and delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, science, product management, UX design, and business stakeholders, to define and execute a product roadmap to deliver upon these features and experiences.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to launch, optimization, and scaling.
Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of personalized search experiences, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for personalization and drive product strategy.
Communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to present new product ideation, product strategies, progress updates, and business recommendations to drive alignment and create a buy-in for Personalization initiatives.

Requirements: - 5+ years of team management experience
- 7+ years of technical product management experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience presenting to senior executives.
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions evaluate outcomes and challenge conventional wisdom.
- Excellent problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- Bachelors degree or higher (ideally in a technical field such as computer science or engineering).
