As Alma’s global Web Manager, you will be the driving force behind the strategy, experience, and performance of our global web ecosystem—including the main site, subsidiary sites, product mini-sites, and other sites. Key responsibilities: Web Strategy & Management
* Oversee the WordPress multisite environment (global, subsidiaries, mini-sites) in partnership with vendors and IT—focusing on governance, quality, and continuity rather than hands-on development.
* Set web experience standards (UX & SEO guidelines, accessibility, performance thresholds, design systems) and ensure consistent application across sites. Content, SEO & Localization
* Ensure on-brand, compliant, and localization-ready content.
* Drive technical and on-page SEO standards (internal linking, schema, redirects, media hygiene) and integrate SEO into content briefs and page templates.
