As we expand, we're looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing Marketing team.
Responsibilities
Acquire new and high-quality players for the games in an efficient and profitable manner.
Adjust campaign bids, targets, and audience settings based on performance data to maximize efficiency and improve player quality.
Manage campaigns by optimizing and maximizing ROI across large-scale media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and various Video Networks.
Make recommendations on campaign enhancements including retargeting, bid automation, etc
Improve performance by conducting A/B testing with new creatives and tools.
Monitor campaign metrics and identify key trends and anomalies to ensure budgets are spent effectively while maximizing performance.
Identify and implement new customer acquisition channels while influencing strategies for key digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements: 2 + years in mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis experience at scale
Campaign management on self-served platforms - a Must
Highly analytical and technical: Understands components of ad calls across various channels
Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports
Deep understanding of mobile attribution
Willingness to learn and use third party ad systems such as ad servers, DSPs, and analytics tools
Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time
Strong organizational, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
Profound knowledge of MS-Office Products (Excel in particular)
Fluent English - verbal and written.
