As our Senior Bookkeeper, youll become the financial steward behind the scenes. You will manage daily accounting operations and ensure financial precision, transparency, and compliance across our global operations. Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including preparing and managing month-end and mid-month payment processes.
Accounts Receivable billing process.
Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank account and credit card activities.
Preparation of payroll reports and related reports, including governmental & regulatory filings.
Report VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to Israeli authorities.
Provide support during financial audits and tax filings.
Manage intercompany entries and reconciliations.
Review and process expense reimbursements and travel reports.
Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation for the monthly closing process.
Assistance with cash flow and treasury processes.
Perform other finance ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements: Sole bookkeeper: You have 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, including at least 2 years as the sole bookkeeper in an Israeli company with at least one foreign subsidiary.
Netsuite Pro: Youre fluent in NetSuite and comfortable managing digital financial systems. Experience with Stripe or Mesh Payments is an advantage.
Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 or 3) and bring a deep understanding of financial compliance and structure. Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax preparation - an advantage.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
