Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker We are looking for a dynamic and experienced recruiter to join our team and lead end-to-end recruitment processes. This role involves full responsibility for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of tech positions, while working closely with hiring managers to understand business needs. The position is especially suited for someone with strong familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including fast-paced environments, frequent changes, and the need for creative recruitment strategies. Your Arena
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from defining role requirements to closing offers.
* Partner directly with hiring managers to build tailored recruitment strategies.
* Conduct advanced sourcing through social media, professional platforms, and innovative recruiting tools.
* Lead phone and in-person interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines and contribute to long-term talent retention initiatives.
* Guide candidates through the entire recruitment journey while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Requirements: What it takes
* 4+ years of proven experience in recruiting for the tech industry - Must
* Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter - Must
* Experience working in global startups - understanding organizational culture, growth challenges, and recruiting under tight deadlines - Strong Advantage
* Experience hiring global teams, specifically in the USA - Strong Advantage
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
