As a Talent Acquisition & Welfare Manager you will..
This is a 60% position.
The role involves a combination of recruitment responsibilities and employee welfare management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluation and cultural fit, to ensure quality hires.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future job openings.
Design, implement, and manage employee welfare programs and initiatives that enhance job satisfaction, work-life balance, and overall well-being.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess employee needs and preferences, tailoring welfare programs to meet diverse requirements.
Handle employee payroll matters, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
Support employee benefits management, addressing employee welfare and well-being.
Create and administer employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction data to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Provide counseling and support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges, while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements: Proven experience 2-3 years in talent acquisition or technical recruitment
Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Empathy, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Innovative mindset with the ability to design and implement creative employee welfare programs.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and recruitment software/tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
Native level of English - verbal and writing.
