Required Partnership Manager
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for operationalizing, enabling, and scaling our partner ecosystem. This role supports the Director of Partnerships in managing day-to-day partner relationships, standardizing processes, and driving measurable partner performance across referral, co-sourcing, and reseller models.
This is a hands-on role designed to build the foundation of our partner infrastructure spanning partner onboarding, enablement, CRM hygiene, POC coordination, and performance reporting.
What your day would look like?
Partner Management & Enablement
Serve as the main operational contact for a portfolio of active partners (referral, co-sourcing, and resellers).
Support onboarding: contracts, documentation, enablement materials, training sessions.
Maintain cadence with partners (check-ins, reporting, pipeline updates).
Coordinate joint activities (co-marketing, webinars, shared leads, case studies).
Partner Operations
Own partner data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce): maintain deal attribution, referral tracking, and partner activity logs.
Develop scalable workflows for partner onboarding, referral submission, and deal registration.
Build internal dashboards to measure partner-sourced pipeline and performance metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS to align on partner processes.
Performance & Insights
Track KPIs per partner and consolidate monthly reports for leadership.
Identify bottlenecks or underperforming partnerships and propose optimization strategies.
Maintain visibility on active POCs and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
Program Infrastructure
Support rollout of the Trusted Partner Program and Partner Referral Program (launch readiness, tracking, documentation).
Create and maintain a central partner resource hub (playbooks, FAQs, templates).
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enable partner scalability across new geographies.
Requirements: 3-5 year experience in partnerships in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record in building or managing partner programs and go-to-market processes.
Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfort with CRM tools and data reporting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
