What youll be doing
In this role, youll work at the intersection of Sales, Account Management, Merchants, and internal systems, supporting both the commercial flow and the ongoing operation of the company Benefits product.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
Support Sales and Account Managers throughout the company Benefits commercial process, including CRM workflows, contract documentation, KYD-related steps, and operational follow-ups.
Act as the go-to operational contact for sales teams, helping resolve issues and ensure smooth progression from deal to live product.
Own the operational maintenance of the company Benefits offering, ensuring participating merchants and benefits are accurately reflected and updated in internal systems.
Coordinate communication with restaurants and retail partners regarding operational updates to the Benefits offering, without sales or acquisition responsibilities.
Monitor changes in the Benefits merchant pool and ensure timely updates across systems and documentation.
Centralise and professionalise operational tasks currently handled across sales and account teams, such as system updates, billing-related processes, reporting, and Excel-based tracking.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify operational gaps, improve workflows, and help scale the product as adoption grows.
Requirements: Experience in operations, sales support, commercial operations, or a similar hands-on role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
A proactive, can-do mindset and comfort working in an environment where processes are still evolving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with sales teams and external partners.
Confidence working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and operational tools (Salesforce or similar is an advantage).
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of operational processes end-to-end.
