we are looking for a Global Shipping Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Cardo's global logistics activities, ensuring efficient and compliant transportation of materials and products worldwide. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to support business operations, drive process improvements, and deliver cost-effective logistics solutions. Responsibilities Global Transportation Management
* Manage and coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments via air, ocean, courier, and ground transportation.
* Ensure on-time delivery of materials, finished goods, samples, and service parts across global locations.
* Monitor shipment status, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve transportation issues.
* Coordinate urgent shipments and premium freight activities when required. Import & Export Operations
* Manage import and export activities while ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations.
* Prepare and review shipping documentation, customs declarations, certificates, and commercial invoices.
* Coordinate customs clearance processes with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company shipping policies and regulatory requirements. Carrier & Freight Forwarder Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
* Evaluate and negotiate transportation solutions based on cost, service level, and transit time requirements.
* Monitor carrier performance and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
* Lead transportation escalations and resolve delivery issues. Logistics Cost & Performance Management
* Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
* Monitor transportation KPIs and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Optimize transportation modes and routing strategies.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, efficiency, and cost performance. Process Improvement & Systems Management
* Drive logistics process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
* Support implementation and optimization of transportation and shipping systems.
* Develop reporting tools and dashboards to improve logistics visibility and decision-making.
* Maintain logistics procedures and documentation according to company standards.

The Procurement Operations & Excellence Lead is responsible for driving operational maturity across the global procurement & operations organization. This role owns the strategy, deployment, and continuous improvement of procurement & travel processes, systems, tools, governance, and policies. The role includes the management of team leads across procurement and travel operations and requires strong managerial capabilities to develop, coach, and direct those leaders. It requires a visionary operator with strong project-management and people-leadership skills, the ability to manage complex cross-functional interfaces, and a relentless drive for execution. The role ensures world-class performance, streamlined operations, compliance, and excellent service levels to stakeholders and suppliers.
How will you make an impact?
1. Operational Excellence & Process Leadership
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end procurement and corporate travel processes across all categories and regions.
- Diagnose operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and travel operations.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor efficiency, effectiveness, and traveler experience.
- Standardize operating procedures and methodologies globally across procurement and travel.
- Leverage AI and analytics to identify process bottlenecks, forecast demand, and recommend optimization opportunities.
2. Systems, Tools & Digital Procurement
- Act as product owner for procurement and travel technologies such as ERP, P2P, contract management, intake tools, supplier portals, online booking tools (OBTs), TMC platforms, and expense management systems.
- Define system requirements, manage roadmaps, and lead improvement cycles with IT, TMCs, and vendors.
- Evaluate and deploy AI-powered capabilities, agentic intake, conversational assistants, contract intelligence, spend classification, and predictive analytics, across the procurement and travel stack.
- Train procurement and travel teams on new systems, AI tools, and digital capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity, automation, and seamless platform integration across procurement, travel, and finance systems.
3. Policy, Governance & Compliance
- Maintain procurement and travel policies, guidelines, and internal controls.
- Establish governance frameworks ensuring compliance with legal, audit, duty-of-care, and data-privacy standards.
- Define responsible-AI guardrails for procurement and travel use cases, including data handling, bias, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Align policies with Finance, Legal, Security, and HR/Mobility teams.
4. Program & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional programs, including procurement and travel system rollouts, AI deployments, and process improvements.
- Track deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder dependencies.
- Drive execution of strategic procurement and travel initiatives, including AI and automation programs.
5. Stakeholder & Service Management
- Serve as the central point for operational escalations and support across procurement and travel.
- Ensure high service levels and traveler experience via structured intake management, AI-assisted triage, and prioritization.
- Promote a culture of efficiency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the procurement and travel ecosystem.

The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational infrastructure that supports the partner ecosystem, with a focus on process management, reporting, analytics, and system enablement. This role manages the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, ensuring partners and internal teams have a seamless, efficient, and reliable experience with partner systems and processes.

Manages the operational framework that supports the partner ecosystem, ensuring processes, workflows, and systems function efficiently and consistently.
Oversees the day to day administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
Develops and maintains partner related reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support visibility into partner performance, engagement, and operational metrics.
Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across partner systems and related tools.
Collaborates with cross functional teams-including Partner Systems, Product, Sales, and Operations-to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Troubleshoots system issues, manages PRM support requests, and works with technical teams to resolve system defects or configuration challenges.
Documents operational processes, system configurations, and partner workflows to support continuity and scalability.
Identifies opportunities to streamline partner operations through automation, process optimization, or improved tooling.
Provides partners and internal stakeholders with clear guidance, training, and support on PRM functionality and related operational processes.
