Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycle and outdoor helmets, is looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer orders while maintaining high service levels. You will serve as a key interface between customers, warehouses, EMS partners, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing, inventory availability, and on-time delivery. This position plays a critical role in supporting business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Order Management & Customer Fulfillment
* Manage the complete order lifecycle from order entry through delivery.
* Review and validate customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes.
* Monitor open orders and backorders while proactively communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
* Support customer escalations related to order fulfillment and deliveries.
* Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction through timely execution and issue resolution. Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
* Manage the daily interface with global warehouses to ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory flow.
* Monitor delivery performance and resolve shipping-related issues.
* Support and monitor special operational activities and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries. EMS & Supply Management
* Manage daily operational activities with EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) partners.
* Monitor supply availability and material readiness to support customer demand.
* Collaborate with Purchasing, Planning, and EMS vendors to mitigate shortages and supply constraints.
* Support inventory allocation and availability decisions during supply challenges. Systems & Data Management
* Manage interfaces between order management platforms and ERP systems (Priority).
* Ensure accurate order, inventory, and shipment data within company systems.
* Support system improvements, process automation initiatives, and data integrity activities.
* Develop reports and analyses to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
Requirements: Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with BI and reporting tools.
* Experience working with Priority ERP – an advantage.
* Experience with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) – a strong advantage.
* Fluent English, both written and verbal.
